It astonishes deeply, reaching our subsconscious.
This rosè wine gathers the best features of the native grapes Barbera and Grignolino and releases their freshness for a refreshing and enjoyable sipping experience.
Inconscio is obtained from ripe grapes, making a bleed from the musts of my red wines before fermentation begins. Vinification and aging is completed in wooden barrels. In late spring, we move it into steel tanks to finalize the aging period and start the bottling.
Available: 2014 (bleed of Grignolino and Barbera, 50%/50%)
