We personally and directly grow every grape that goes into our bottle
We do not apply any artificial processes in our production, such as filtering, which may mean there is natural deposit at the bottom of your bottle
We rely on the phases of the moon for every operation as described here
TIPS FOR BEST ENJOYING OUR WINES
• Store the bottle horizontally at no higher than 15° C
• Place the bottle vertically at least one day before opening
• Open the bottle a few hours before drinking
• Serve the wine between 16° C and 18° C
